Responsibilities

Performing duties of mechanical repairs on motor vehicles which will include:
  • Mechanical failure diagnosis
  • Motor vehicle servicing
  • Engine overhauls Gearbox overhauls
  • Other motor vehicle components servicing
  1. Between the ages of 25 and 35 years old.
  2. Diploma in automotive engineering from a recognized institution

Role Objectives/Summary

Helps maintain an efficient office environment. Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices/ departments within the company and to other business concerns.
  • Perform errands that assist daily functions: banking, payment of bills, and collection of purchases from suppliers.
  • Filing of documents and maintaining office filing and storage systems.
  • Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, or drawers, according to classification and identification information.
  • Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users.
  • Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned.

Qualifications.

Technical Manager

Department  : Technical

Role Objective/Summary

To Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the technical department.
To ensure installation and maintenance of computer hardware, software and networks, and ensure the identified technical problems are solved within the department, in other departments and for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key duties:
  • Maintain log / list of all required repairs and maintenance jobs.
  • Ensure all jobs booked in are done to customer satisfaction to avoid repeat jobs.
  • Input and maintain IP addresses.
  • Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status.
  • Ensure proper and timely installation and administration of computer hardware, software and networks.
  • Provide network accounts and passwords as required
  • Send requests to the Accounts department about purchase of equipment or spare parts for repair and maintenance jobs.
  • Train new staff and orient them into the department’s operations.
  • Assign and review the work of the Technical engineers and help desk assistant.
  • Manage the company’s local area network; direct the network, and its related computing environment, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all other computer-related configurations
Software
  • Ensure software is available to appropriate users
  • Supervise Installation and testing of new software
  • Ensuring the anti-virus software is installed, properly configured, regularly updated and working properly on all PC and client stations
  • Maintaining servers and network hardware
Hardware
  • Setting up hardware, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware failures
  • Checking new computer equipment and installing as expected
  • Ensure timely repair and maintenance of computer peripheral equipment e.g. printers, scanners, projectors, fax machines
  • Providing technical support for hardware and software issues in the office
  • Setting up and maintaining backup system for file servers and in-office desktop computers
Network Management
  • Ensuring the network back up logs where appropriate
  • Ensure routine network maintenance tasks are carried out
  • Setting up, maintaining and removing user network accounts where necessary
General
  • Advice customers on best practices in maintaining their machines in good working conditions.
  • Any duties as assigned by the management.
Qualification:
  • A minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering &Maintainance
  • Experience in working in an ICT firm would be an added advantage
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for diversity
  • Between 28-35years of age
  • Salary package KShs70-100K
  •  Male Asian candidates preferred
  • 4-6yrs of experience in a similar position

Stores Officer

Department  : Stores and Logistics

Major Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Managing and monitoring in-coming and out-going stock through GRV, Warehouse transfer and Invoices
  • Enter data and edit stock orders in the system, through Pastel
  • Assist in removal of goods from the stores according to authorized invoices/orders
  • Assist in pricing, labeling and correctly tagging stock in the stores for easy retrieval of stock
  • Inform the sales team on stocks available for sale
  • Inform and assist  the manager on re-ordering of unavailable items
  • Monitor stock ageing and ensure there is minimum dead stock in the store
  • Liaise with the stores management in carrying out weekly stock take
  • Promptly report any stock discrepancies, damages, threats or losses to the store’s manager
  • Ensure safety of the stores and stock by keeping unauthorized persons out of the restricted areas
  • Ensure perpetual inventory checking, organization of stock takes and scrutinizing stock values.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderly arrangement of the stores at all times
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in procurement/supply chain management
  • Experience in working in an ICT firm would be an added advantage
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for diversity
  • Between 28-35yeras of age
  • Salary package 40-60 gross
  • Male  Asian preferred
  • Experience in using Sage-Pastel
  • 2-5yrs of experience in a similar position
